Our weatherization services are not restricted to homeowners -low-income renters and property owners with low-income tenants may also be eligible for our services.

A property owner can receive our weatherization services 100% cost free if they rent a single-family home to a tenant who is eligible.

A property owner who rents a multi-family home (2-4 units) with 50% or more of tenants who are eligible may receive up to 70% off weatherization services. (Must also pay for energy audit)

For buildings with 5 or more units, 66% of tenants must be eligible in order for the property owner to qualify for 70% off our weatherization services.

An eligible tenant who rents a single-family home qualifies for our services 100% cost free regardless of the property owner's income.

We DO NOT weatherize partial structures, if a multi-unit home/building meets the necessary criteria above, every unit within the structure will be weatherized including any and all units occupied by those who are not low income eligible.
