First Home Club

Clients wishing to participate in this program will enroll in our education classes and create a savings account in a bank affiliated with The Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of New York’s First Home Club. For every $1 deposited into the savings account, the bank will match with $4 in loan funds, for a total match of up to $7,500. The combined funds then go toward down-payment and closing costs for buying a home. For more information on qualifying for the program, please look at the requirements on FHLBNY's website.
