One of the most important aspects of what we do here at Neighborhood Housing Services of South Buffalo is to help educate community members and give them the tools to obtain, maintain and keep their homes! We offer a plethora of counseling services and in depth workshops on various financial and housing issues that are essential for managing finances in these difficult times!

Foreclosure Counseling	Pre-Purchase Counseling	Credit & Budgeting Counseling
Counseling for clients that are facing foreclosure.	Prepares clients for the process of purchasing a home and prequalification	For anyone who needs to be pre-qualified for a mortgage or just wants to improve and fix their credit.
Reverse Mortgages	Financial Fitness	Workshops
Enables seniors to utilize the equity in their home to improve their living conditions ( 62+)	An upcoming workshop series dedicated to teaching participants how to develop a budget and savings plan, reduce debt, and improve financail stability.	We offer a plethora of workshops geared toward the needs of our community. See below for a schedule.

ALL COUNSELING SERVICES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.THERE MAY BE A $25 FEE
REQUIRED TO PULL A CREDIT REPORT IF NEEDED (CLIENT WILL RECIEVE A COPY).
